OLSEN

Olsen is known as Rime’s most iconic wedding dress. From her 2015 collection and still going strong, Olsen falls into Rimes Timeless collection and is still as popular now as it was then.

Updating it slightly, we now see a different lace being used but with the strong chevron detailing remaining a staple design feature. As the dress boasts a heavier crepe and denser lace, it is a great option for your colder winter weddings. Toughen up the look with a lace biker jacket also from Rime Arodaky to keep the look fresh and alternative whilst adding an extra layer.

We also love the idea of pairing this dress with some eggshell white-heeled boots. Look for options with an interesting heel to keep the element of a considered look whilst also thinking of keeping your toes warm!

PINA

One of Rimes newest 2019 styles, Pina is becoming a firm favourite with new brides-to-be. With its sleek aesthetic and stylized seam lines, it clearly draws your eye to a slimmer silhouette whilst keeping Rimes charm with a beautiful abstract lace.

For brides who want a slightly cleaner look, Pina is great as it offers beautiful simplicity with playful leg and back detailing. If you feel you’re not the veil type of bride, we think this dress would work wonderfully with the right kind of headpiece.

To play with metallics add a hint of colour with the Luna Bea Rosa Jasmine Porcelain Crown available exclusively at The Mews Bridal.

OSTA & BESSY

Another of Rimes new 2019 collection, the Osta and Bessy two-piece is a real showstopper. With a slightly more muted front the party is all in the back with a gorgeous embroidered tulle keyhole back and beautiful embroidered rose train insert.

To elevate this simple chic look, add a great pair of statement earrings. To avoid a look being too classic, a bold earring will instantly transform the look to be modern and youthful.

A great idea would be to start with a sleek heavy gold earring, and switch to a bright bejeweled option for the evening.

TASHA

If you are looking for classic with a twist the Tasha gown is a strong front-runner. The simplicity of the cut and fit really lends itself to having busier accessories and is really easy to build upon.

With beautiful intricate lace detailing why not build upon that and make it a feature of your look.  If you are a veil bride, Tasha works wonderfully with a lace trim edged veil as it really highlights the points of detail. With a simple skirt from the empire line down, it adds a little more drama to the front as it frames your shoulders and move around to framing the train of the dress in the back.

We would always recommend a 99” veil at least, to guarantee the optimum statement look. Here at The Mews we have a wonderful selection of veils along with our very own The Mews Collection veils, which work in sync with our dresses.

CAPLAN & PENNINGTON

Another staple piece from the iconic Timeless collection, Caplan and Pennington has seen itself styled in many ways across the years.

In the summer of 2018 we had a lovely Mews bride style her two-piece with a bespoke sari sash that was lovingly hand beaded and made from her mothers hometown in India.

This looked incredible and was so inventive and unique that we would encourage more brides to think of bringing old tradition to a new contemporary piece.
